This lump below the Adam apple is so annoying it's here 24/7 when I'm eat with my friends ect like how can this be anxiety my airway feels like this lumps gonna move down to it's pissing me of.

Is it really a lump , r does it feel like somethings in your throat ? mines feel like food is stuck , but i went to the ER ' & they did xrays ' & it was Axid Reflux i have...it gets me scared sometimes ' & really annoying

Hi I'm suffering terrible with this strangling sensation like somone is choking me even gave up smokes to see if would go away but no a week off them tmro it's an awful thing especially when you don't know what it is take care feel well soon

It's really awful feels like there's like a knot in my throat, I also have acid reflux but this lumps so awful, like a big bit of thread stuck down in between my esophagas and windpipe

It is severe intense anxiety! I have had that symptom for years, and YES !, it is not fun. Believe it or not this anxiety comes from a child part of you that is terrified from some past incident that the child feels like is in the present. There is no tried and true solution to this problem because the child may feel like his or her survival may be at stake. Compassion to yourself is huge and sometimes is the highest recommendation as many times we also are too hard on ourselves when we are doing the best we can.

I really am trying for my family's sake, there my rock but sometimes they don't understand as we'll as you do as you have been threw this, it's on the right side of my esoghagas/windpipe like there a knot/thread around them, it's awful
