I recently had to cut gluten and dairy out of my diet and that's been extremely hard. I've lost a lot of weight from it. I have anxiety which the er perscribed me alprazolam to help when I have the attacks. I don't take it daily only when I'm feeling my worse. Since cutting out those things. I feel like I have lack of vitamins. I was going to start taking them but wanted to make sure nothing would interact with it. Anyone know? I was thinking of taking VB12, V-C, V-D, and maybe a fish oil.
