So I see alot about b vitamins and magnesium helping people with anxiety. I was thinking about trying a womens multi vitamin which has alot of the b vitamin and magnesium in them! Is anyone taking them and yours thoughts? Do they help!! Gonna have a talk to the chemist today about them

I've been using magnesium oil everyday for the last 2 weeks and I feel that's helped me x
I use vit d spray and magnesium oil. I don't believe it can hurt and I do think it helps. My accupunturist truly believes, my GP also is backing this but along with other meds.
I have read a lot of positive articles and it's not cure but I do think it helps me. Xx 😊 P.s the vit d needs to be quite a high dose to work well xxx
Try camomile tea as well. It's great for calming the gut down. When you feel anxious try a cup - it does work.
I take 9 different kinds of vitamins, I still feel the same😞But everyone is different, give them a try, hope you feel better.
