can worrying about a certain disease/event/sickness cause you to feel the exact symptoms. Right now I'm worried about a disease and its first symptoms include severe frontal headache, nausea, fever, stiff neck, and vomiting. I only have a moderate headache. Could this be from worrying. It's really an awful cycle. I worry. I get a headache. I worry more. More headaches and so on and so forth? Thanks

It's also been 4 days since I think I've been infected and the first symptoms usually set in from 1-14 days. I wasn't feeling bad at all, until I read about this disease. Thanks

are you sure? I wasn't even feeling bad until I read the symptoms and I've been stressed about it for about 4 days. And my mild headache has been there since I started worrying.
