My best friend is with me at the moment she's suffered really bad for thr e years. Now I've just been talking normal and all of a sudden she said she went all light and weak and ran out the back what can I say to her

Sorry - I am about to go out for my weekly therapy- I will just quickly say that she needs to calm down - make her sit down and get her to breathe deeply and slowly for a few minutes. That should slow her heart rate and help calm her.

Ye and also I'm the same I'm terrible feels as though I'm sinking and of balance I think of the worst things. She's also really tired and suffers from weakness she barely his any were she won't sit and talk she's so fidgety it's awful I wish I could help sometimes she can just be sat there then she will jump up all of a sudden in a panic x
