Is there any other ways to treat GAD with out the use of antidepressants

is there any other way to treat GAD with out the use of a antidepressant i have been given sertraline as my GAD is affecting my day to day life and relationships but i have been off them for more then a year and looking for other ways to cope

I'm actually looking to go back on mine as I'm not coping atm...been off setraline for months but I feel I need something xxx

Meditation..relaxation..cbt May help x

Hi. Have you tried therapy? Medication will mask things and help you deal with your every day life - but therapy will get to the root of the problem. Some people find that a short course of medication in conjunction with therapy very helpful - the therapy will continue after the medication stops of course. Just a thought :-)

been looking to get onto CBT but with no joy found out about Buddy and i really want to try it

Cognitive behavioural therapy!! Amazing stuff would 100% recommend to anyone with anxiety! X
