erectile dysfunction

hi there has anyone had any experience dealing with dare i say it erectile dysfunction? I have someone i know suffering from it and i told them to try herbal remedies which have helped only a little then tried viagra that gave them too many side effects then went to a male clinic where they wanted $450 for some injections that was three months worth and far too expensive has anyone got anything they have tried that helped ?
