Fear of falling asleep

Dunno if this happens to anyone else but almost every night I try to get to sleep and it feels like my body is weightless. Everything tbrough me feels like its vibrating and tingling. After this starts all I can focus on is my heartbeat and that gets me panicing even more. Always think im just going to die and every morning I wake up drained from the night before. Also I have little spells of feeling like im in a dream through the day or feeling dizzy like I could just pass out. Any advice to help out would be great. So much anxiety its crazy!
