I just burped and it was a painful burning sensation. It tasted awful and it seriously felt like my throat was being burned. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Maybe acid reflux
Def sounds like acid reflux or heart burn which is very often caused by anxiety. I used to get it. Tums will help clear it up or pepto bismol if it continues
My son suffers from the same affliction which he tells me is very debilitating and embarrassing when it happens at work. His GP diagnosed acid reflux and advised him to buy some Gaviscon. He has done so and now has complete relief.
Deffo heartburn or acid reflux im feeling the same. Had it fir a week or so now
Reflux..chew an antacid 😄
