I have stuffy nose and bit of a sore throat also I have one swollen gland on left side of neck. Should I be worried or is it just because I have a cold any reply would be appreciated

I am sure it is just a cold and your anxiety and because of your anxiety the tendency is to make it worse. Try to not let it run away with you. You are fine and will be so.
