Anyone all of a sudden get a sickly feeling as if you are about to be sick this is horrible and I can't stop feeling sick now why can't I have one day with out anything and I am continuously thinking it's something to do with my heart please help and still haven't started propranolol either x

hello lovely yes, I have constant nausea at the moment. My stomach is in knots. why haven't you tried propanalol yet? xxxx

Hi roserose am just so scared to in case something happens I don't even take paracetamol when am in pain xxxx

Ah okay, I take paracetamol whenever I'm in pain lol. Don't be scared of propanolol I have taken them time and time again when anxious and at various times and stages of anxiety. No side effects just calming hope that helps? xxx

It's normal to feel sick I get it all the time but really try them tablets I'm on them there are working a treat

yes I do feeling sick constanley and im scared of loosing waight because my dad passed away with cancer so if I loose waight I think that's what iv got hope you feel better soon xxx
