Christian, are you seeing a therapist??... It sounds to me like doing so would bring you many benefits... It also sounds like you are giving SO much attention to certain symptoms...real or imagined...that you are not giving yourself a chance to 'normalize'... the more you fear them and the more FOCUS and ATTENTION you give them, the worse they will get. PLEASE see a dr and ask him to recommend a therapist... I wish you all the luck...

Hi Cristian it sounds like your body is really trying to get your attention. Do go and see the doc and get them to check you out, reassure you, and find a counsellor or therapist who can support you. You don't have to do this alone.

It's not that easy I'm only 16 and I don't want to get my parents involved in any of this... I don't want them to be scared and stuff

Why don't you want to tell your parents? If you speak to them, explain how you're feeling they may be able to help you. Doing it alone makes it a lot scarier and in the long run won't make it any better. Having someone by your side while you tackle your anxiety is such a relief, someone to talk to, get it all out of your system. I hope you're feeling better soon.

Christian your parents won't be scared I'm sure they've dealt with worse through there life's , I'd hate if my son was going through this and felt he couldn't talk to me about it, so talk to you mother you'll be surprised how understanding we mams are ;-) only 16 have you no hobbies you could focus all your attention on?? Or get out with friends, when I was your age doctor wouldn't give me meds cause I was to young, I still don't take them this is something you and only you can over come your life doesn't have to be this way, if you would just talk to someone?? How do you not know either parents had this when they were your age,??

Do you really think your parents haven't noticed that you are not yourself. They would, I presume, be only to glad to shot and listen to you. They would perhaps feel that they let you down if they didn't try and help you obtain help from your family doctor? Maybe what I'm saying isn't appropriate to your circumstances but please try and include them. Keep in touch won't you.
