Leg pain

I've had pain in my left leg and this buzzing sensation on and off for about 3 days. I've convinced myself it's a dvt...or course. Health anxiety out the roof. I'm 19 and have no other health issues that I know of but I'm paranoid. How do I know which pains to ignore and which to see a doctor about if they all could be something bigger?

Hi whatever pain i get i go see my doctor. It might put your mind at rest if u go its there job to check anybody. And dont do what i have done and googled it that made it worse for me. Your young and got a future in front of you. Im always here if need to chat as i suffer with health anxiety.
