Yes pressure and tension headaches ..... Mines comes and go in spurts .,,, shall pass like all other symptoms ..... I having the same thing today

I drink valeria root tea. Of all the herbal teas I have tried it's the one that has worked for me as far as brain fogs go. Im drinking a cup as i type. It's been an eventful day and it just helps with my anxiety unwellness.
