Anxiety will not kill you, you may feel like it will but it wont. I went to a&e few weeks back as i coudnt breath they did all the relevant tests and do you know what it was....anxiety i hoenstly felt like I was going to die. My advice would like don't read articles on the internet they will scare you..come on here or of you know of any other anxiety support websites... Im sorry to hear youre feeling like this anxiety is really horrible and when you feel like youve overcome it bang...it creeps back up on you. Try to relax speak to others in the same situation as you and it will help you to know youre not the only one experiancing this. Hope this helps xx

Nope! Anxiety will most definitely NOT kill you. Absolutely not.

Anxiety is a massive thing to deal with. It controls and even takes over your life with exaggerated fears, irrational fears as well as fantastical fears. But it won't kill you.

Have you seen a Doctor?

NO!!!!!! Whoever told you...or posted...that a panic attack will kill you is just plain WRONG!!!!... I am sorry that this frightened you... Now you may FEEL like you are going to die from the attack.... but it just won't happen. I would stop corresponding or listening to whoever that person is! They are NOT informed and do not know what they are talking about. So please...calm down.... talk with a doctor... maybe he can put you on some medication that might help you get a grip on things... You will be ok... Take care now!

Whoever told you that hope your not googling lol I've had it 35 years sunshine I've never heard of anyone dyeing from a panick attack, so get that out of your head. And don't google symptoms either. You'll scare the daylights out of yourself. Your 18 should be out there enjoying yourself mot worrying over silly things., anxiety and panick. Has lots of symptoms, you say a year you've had it. And guess what your still here and so am I after 35 xxx, if you have a symptom think back over the year and say to yourself I felt this that or whatever then and it didn't kill me then so it wont now. Believe me don't waste 35 years like I did, live life and enjoy it, its precious. I am now not letting it ruin Anymore of mine. And do you know what. I'm loving it. And so can you

keep in touch were all here for you and you certainly aren't alone, or dyeing take care xxxx mandy😉
