Today has been rough. 2 days ago I had a major panic attack that lasted about 30 minutes on a plane. 2 days later I have weird stomach/indigestion feelings and bad nausea. I get these weird sensations in my neck and head of serious fatigue and sickness that come over me and I can't explain them. I feel like I'm buzzing when it happens. I get lightheaded and feel trapped inside my body. This comes so randomly but since I can hardly explain the feelings since it's not a distinct pain I can't tell if it's anxiety ): any advice would be appreciated
