Another night of hell

Lying here feeling as if im choking on phlegm feeling very tiered after a he'll of a day everyone I go to fall asleep my ears keep locking and going deaf really it's driving me crazy every time I cough big balls of phlegm. Keeps coming up is this anxiety or what the he'll could it be

I've had a sore throat and the fulness in the ears, you go deaf and ringing with anxiety but no phlegm. Do you think youre sick with a cold or flu? I hope you feel better

No tiff but it could possibly. Be a sinus infection. But some people say if your really anxious and stress you can get these symptoms so didn't go to gp yet

Yeah, the symptoms are the same so sometimes it's hard to tell but it's just a thought to maybe check it out. So you can have relief if it is a cold or something. I was reading another post right now and someone l so has phlegm as a symptom.

thank you. I hope I can too, my throat is killing me because stress. Today I am only doing what I need to do for me. Which means laying around so my heart doesn't burst haha

Try drinking some think hot. Hot lemonaid will break it up. Sit up while eating and drinking. Have dr. Check your esophagus to be sure it's working properly.
