Sometimes I get the feeling of dread re:next day and early morning anxiety when I wake up when my mind will run through everything, not so fun. Sometimes writing things down, for me. praying gets me through. Also what I've found in general more anxious if I have low blood sugar /overdone it on the caffeine

Praying gets me through and calm music on Pandora. I can't explain the feeling. It's like I'll be in the shower and start to panic for no reason. It makes it hard for me to sleep, I feel so in tune with myself and surroundings, sort of like I want to jump out of my own body lol. It's weird

That's when I get anxiety. Start of the evening. Try stay away from sugars and eating big meals at night. I wake up in a panic. What are your symptoms?

Like my.mind will.run through each detail of the next day panic, sometimes feel a bit dizzy in the am which I know is due to anxiety so just do deep breathing. What are your symptoms?

I can totally relate, especially with the dizziness. I lost my job because I kept leaving to go to the emergency room. All night I would be up having anxiety and at work I would feel so dizzy, not like the room was spinning but in my head type of dizzy and off balance. I'm totally healthy which is a blessing . I had every type of blood work/exams done under the sun lol. It will get better for all of us :)

Thank You for your reply. My symptoms are nervousness, like I'm afraid of dying and I was saying to the responder above, I feel like I'm so in tune with myself and surroundings. Sometimes I feel like I want to jump out out of my body. (I know that sounds weird) but that is the only way I can explain it. I start to panic, and then I take deep breaths and play calming meditation music, maybe cry a little lol. That helps

Have you tried some propanalol ( physical symptoms of anxiety ) or low dose diazepam for it?

I haven't tried anything. I know I can get through this naturally. Thank You so much for your reply. It's unfortunate I'm not alone but it helps ease my mind a little to know it's not just me.

Crying is actually really therapeutic sometimes , I have a massive teddy if I need a hug and am.on my own

I feel so much better after I cry. And I'm getting married in 2 weeks so now I'm really anxious about that.

Thank You 🙂

Mine acts up the most in the evenings into the night as well. I worry about everything that happened that day and what could go wrong the next. I have tried watching soothing shows, for me I watch gilmore girls almost every night because it has some humor and is a feel good show. There are other shows though that maybe would help ease your mind.
