I get this alot with anxiety, have you tried taking some paracetamol and drinking alot of water? Also breathing into a paper bag or cupped hands for a while can sometimes help.

If you try doing deep breathing while listening to calming music for 20 minutes, it is really helpful. I often get chest tightness/discomfort and feel like I am going to start breathing. If this makes you feel any better, I have been dealing with it for 9 months straight and then time before. I am still alive and doing well. Anxiety has an evil way of making you think something is really wrong with you. Hang in there and let me know how it works for you :)

Hello, sorry to hear this! One thing that helped me once was ginger, lemon! The chest pain stopped when I added ginger and it was so good! and I also had it with lime too and got water! Try this and see if it relieves your chest pain! Drink plenty of water and confess put loud several times a day "I am healed and made whole" they often say too that laughter is the best medicine so also grab out those funny DVD's and watch funny videos on YouTube to get your healing from laughter :-) xx
