Anxiety and chest pain

I no cheat pain can be a lot of things and some times related to anxiety but doesn anyone get sudden sharp pains that feel like its in their heart? I get sharp stabbing pains on left side that actyally feel like my heart. Only lasts a couple seconds and then goes but this will happen for about an hour ??

I used to get shapr pains right underneath my left peck muscle (left breast) it would be like a stabbing pain i got them a lot when i was younger now not so much but i never thought anything of it if you are concered with it talk with your GP or goto any emergency room but for the most part I do not think its anything severe i would get an appointment with a cardiologist if it continues and or gets worse positive vibes your way and hope you feel better !

To better determine if its anxiety dont think about it if you still feel it there even when not thinking about it it may not be anxiety but it may be a pinched nerve or something benign if its accompanied by arm pain thats severe then you should take two asprins and head right to the hospital

No he is wrong, it's not Angina. Angina comes with more symptoms and it can also cause your arm, shoulders to be in severe pain. Don't worry about it!! Those sharp pains are caused by an inflamed rib cage, which is something that everyone gets. So don't worry. I get them all the time

I get them every day all day.

Some times it’s 9-10 pain.

Iv had every test with heart. Chest scans. Stomach cameras. As I felt bloated. But suddenly come in for no reason. And it’s that, that’s starts me to panic.

It’s soul destroying I know. But after 3 years of it. Slowly starting to live with it.

But be sure. And have some checks done.

Me too! , I thought it was my heart , it’s feels like a shock or something I like can’t really move it lasts for a few seconds and goes away

Idk but I think it’s with anxiety or stress cause my cousin gets it too
