Chest pain and anxiety

Chest pain like heartburn and feeling like I’m having a hart attack. Er twice. Never nothing wrong can’t beat this cycle

I feel exactly the same except it's not really burning, just stabbing. I went to ER once too. I'm trying to just accept it for what it is but I know it can be really hard.

It is I been dealing with anxiety for years good days bad days. But this cycle is hard to get over I work in the oil field. And a strong guy but this is crazy. With the light headed cheast pain. Irritating

I find that the less I pay attention to it, the less it hurts. But then the pain just shifts somewhere else which is so annoying!

I've had feelings like this for 30 years. Doctors always say I'm fine. It turns out that I have atrial fibrillation and possibly some anxiety, but I've run track in high school and college, played hockey for 20+ years and lift weights regularly. At some point you have to believe the doctors.
