Blurry vision

Does anyone have blurry vision from anxiety? I've had anxiety for 5 years how will I ever get better. Pain in ribs and back. Fear always want to cry

I don’t have blurry vision but I do get dizzy a lot

I have only had anxiety for 6 month and already I feel like my life has changed.

I hate the horrible sensations I feel on edge all the time

It’s horrible isn’t it I just can’t seem to shift the anxious feeling.

Me either. I'm on meds and doing therapy for 5 years. I'm still extremely anxious.

I used to get that... u will be fine once it’s calmed down! U need fight ur brain to say ur fine and nowt wrong!!

Well could be days or weeks... best way is to keep urself busy, go for long walks and things will calm down!!

Ribs and back seems unusual... I used to have bad chest pain with anxiety and eventually it went away but ended up with another symptoms and it hasn’t gone away yet...it’s horrible!!

I can't stop being afraid of thoughts and anxiety that's why I'm getting worse
