Vision problems

Anyone on here experience anxiety/stress and vision problems? Mostly with light. I know light sensitivity is one but I'll get ghost images and prisms of light moving toward my vision. Visual snow is pretty bad right now as well.. And white writing on a black background is Horendous. So watching TV is pretty annoying and night driving pretty shitty as well.. I've had my eyes checked before , said they were fine 😑I've been getting pretty bad mingranes and ear / head pressure from stress maybe it's related?

Sounds like you’re either experieincing migraine with aura or tunnel vision from anxiety. I get light sensitivity and blurred vision during anxiety sometimes... but also around migraine. Do you get little jagged, electric looking objects in your visual field? Those are definitely a migraine thing.

The headaches have been pretty persistent mostly laying and sitting. Yeah I get those quite a bit when I look up at the sky
