Jelly shaky legs

Does anyone get jelly shaky legs from General anxiety NOT from a panic attack?

I had the jelly legs before lasted for weeks but went away and now tonight they are back, makes me worry..

Are both your feet cold? I am having jelly legs too. Were you anxious all this while?

My feet are cold but they always are as are my hands. And Yes I have been very anxious for the last week everyday. The jelly legs came on just after we had dinner I wasn't extremely anxious, they seem to be a little better after lying down but I still feel like a jitter in my legs and I'm not sure if it's because I'm worried about the feeling I now feel like I need to lie down like and overwhelming sick feeling

Whenever you're worried it affects your mind and eventually your mind shuts you off by telling you that you are not in the mood for anything. I have experienced it many times so not to worry about anything serious. Just relax your mind. you need start practising to relax your mind. okay?

Thank you I did some breathing last night and it helped a lot with the anxious feeling I will try to do it everyday
