Restless legs

Anyone get jumpy legs in the evening and then a horrible feeling I can't describe it's like a pain but an ache and it's fuzzy and just unbearable . Is this restless legs because it makes me feel agitated inside 💁 any info would be good . Cheers Sam

Yeah I get it, like something running through your veins sort of feeling from my toes vibrating and up my leg. I've currently had it for a few days worse in the evening when resting.

I get that in my legs and arms, like an agitated tense burning feeling its the only way i can describe it and shaky

Is anyone else constant? I’ve had mine since Sunday it’s got slightly better but still driving me mad. Hoping having a couple days off work and resting up might help it go away. I also get heavy legs the top of my legs feel really but changes to the next day my legs not being heavy it’s more when I am laid in bed.

Yes my left leg. I feel it now. I've been feeling it for about 3 years now on and off

If you go to bed and can't sleep because of your legs, it's most likely restless leg syndrome. I have it and if I don't take my medication before bed, I can't sleep! Or if I take it too late ( like just before going to bed), I can't get to sleep for hours. I don't think there is s test for it, just tell th Dr. your symptoms. She had me on a patch at first but it didn't stay on & was way more expensive, so now I take a pill for it and it works.

I have had strange feelings on my feet , not pain but a prickly feeling that comes usually end of the day or when I'm in bed .

I look for cold areas to calm it down .

Had it for at least 20 years on and off .

My late mum use to often say to me she has prickly feet so !

Think I've inherited it .
