I've taken Xanax or generic brands and that is the only thing that works for me. When I get an attack I usually can not calm myself down so I take one or a piece and I feel better than ever.

I find KALMS tablets, a natural plant remedy helps . If you decide to try buy from Superdrug as cheaper there.

I took benzodiazepines for about four to five years. If you can, trust me and avoid them the make it much harder to cope once u develop a tolerance, also they're very addictive.

PROPRANOLOL 10-40 MG DOSAGE; IT IS A BET BLOCKER AND USED MAINLY TO TEAT HYPERTENSION, BUT REGULATES THE HEART RATE DEFEATING ANXIETY AS A SIDE EFFECT
