Even if I have a thought about something exciting like seeing my friends or boyfriend I get anxiety symptoms. Well I have those all day but they get worse..I don't get it. Had a tight tingly shaky feeling in my chest and throat for a few days. Staying positive. Can anyone relate?

Hi,

When you get Anxiety/Panic Attacks Adrenalin rushes around our bodies. This is also what happens when we get excited. If you can channel the feelings into a positive you are almost there. Adrenalin Junkies love the feeling I don't know why! Like skydivers, Bungee jumpers etc.... Hope this helps. Take care
