Today was the best day I have had in months....we rode the bike, went to see my brother in the nursing home, went shopping and out to eat. Left about 11am back at 4. Longest I've been out in a while. Very little anxiety ...back home and I'm so tired. I'm seeing the light at the end of the tunnel.
