Hi there, I have anxiety really bad too. Just take everything one day at a time. Get help from family or friends and a professional. It does help. Your not alone. I'm here for u if u need someone to talk to x

I had my first anxiety attack just six weeks after having my second child. It is a form of post natal deppression . You may need some hormone treatment. See your Gp and get help, please don,t be fobbed off.

I also had this after my second baby, I definitely think anxiety is part of it but the main thing is a hormoanal imbalance. Check the link below I found it useful.

Mine kicked off after my second child. My hormones just went off the chart . Just make sure you talk about it , get support and be honest honey . Little steps what yor body has been through to produce that little

Miracle is a lot and it takes a while to settle sometimes us mums just need some extra help . Big hugs and deep breaths my lovely xx

Yes but I needed some help. It s best to talk about it and not hide from it then take baby steps.

You need to really look after your health and sleep when baby sleeps and eat well , get lots of walks in fresh air and enjoy this time honey.

Try keeping a journal then you can get it all out your head and see any patterns that trigger. When you feel an attack try doing the 7/11 get comfy in a safe ace and breath in slowly for 7 and out for 11, repeat until you feel relaxed . Lots of luck here if you need an ear
