Saw this today and it really hits the nail on the head for me! Must stop binging on bad food to cheer myself up and get some exercise instead!

Good for you, yes def junk food really does bring your mood down. Get out buy some kiwi fruit and passion fruit, they are so good for you. Packed with vitamin c. Get into lovely spinach salads with chicken. Its all about changing the mind set - you can do it. Lovely soups too you can make broccoli add leek and a carrot, veg stock its amazing. I munch raw cauliflower during the day and raw broccoli, Give it a go x

Thanks! I was doing really well on Weight Watchers before the depression took over. Time to get back on it :) I love making soups and eating fresh veggies. Will definitely go for some passion fruit :)
