Hey peeps. Just wondered wot is the best and worst food and drink you have had then felt anxious after. Say like uve had a coffee before bed then the caffine kicks in ur heart rate goes up abit then ur brain does overtime on it

oily foods and sodas!! these foods and drinks make me sooo anxious!! i just had a chicken burger (contained a whole lot of oil ) and i feel so anxious now i just had a panic attack not so long ago after not having a big one in like a week. im trying to eat healthy foods like steamed vegestables , fruits, tuna, light cheese and spinach sandwiches and such and they never make me anxious!! not even once!! best drink is for sure water!! or maybe cordial and juice from time to time :))

what starts mine of worse is spicy food wine or spirits and cheese x
just recently I've tried to keep to plan food like vegetables chicken salads x but just tge last couple of weeks ice been buying actimol yoghurt drinks from either asda or tescos x and they seem to settle me alot x so might be worth a try x let me know how you get on x
Also coffee and tea starts me off x so I have a few herbals teas during the day x camamole one settle and calm you a lot x but shouldnt have a lit of caffeine
