Phobia of throwing up haven't thrown up in over years! I was just wondering how do you make your anxiety go away so you wouldn't feel sick? I can't handle it

Omg yes someone that is pregnant amd really understand how it is when pregnant. ..i am 12 weeks an my anxiety came along with pregnancy...never had it before. ...what are your symptoms if you don't mind me asking...
