Havent had one like this in a long time, just feel like a volcano has exploded. can't stop crying and feel out of sorts and now exhausted. I re started citalopram about 3 weeks ago and thought I was doing well. I have been fine all day and now out of nowhere BAM. I have been waking up anxious and been unhappy at college for a while now. also my bf has just got a new job and things are changing. Hope I feel better tomorrow.... :( :( :( :(

Hope you are all okay xxx

Hi , it happens to all of us. You can feel great and then boom panic attack . It feels like a step back but honestly is not don't change the wy you think and move forward. For me every panic attack is different and I think when it happened first time it was bad but no I think they worst . You can try emotional freedom techniques for panic attacks. It worked for me last time. Just keep your mind open
