So my sleeping is awful and I notice that if I'm about to panic, I get this weird out of it sensation. I went into the store and felt super weird, like I wasn't there and people weren't there and it was just surreal. Then I came out and I was really tired.
How can I go from feeling good one day to symptom-ridden the next?
I suffer with the same thing, the best thing i find is to sleep when you can, it sort of reboots my brain, i also try meditation to give my brain something to concentrate on. You will get days where feel ok, but then the next you feel like you're going down again, but it will eventually get to the point where you have more good days than bad, until you eventually have all good days, it's slow but you will get there.
