I don't feel like myself
Sounds like your stressed out about something...this happens to me all the time especially when I'm stressing.Try not to focus too much on this "feeling."Try to do fun and relaxing things.Have a great trip...this is an exciting time in your life, enjoy it!
When I was in my teens I suffered from a sort of hollow feeling and sound would feel far away, a sort of living dream may be the best way of explaining it. Sometimes I felt so far away and that seemed to lead to a hollowness.
Personally I do not know what causes it, and therefore I cannot explain what it was. One way I would clear that feeling was to clear my nose, even those occasions it did not work, your GP may have an explanation.
Whatever it was it cleared and eventually it did not cause any problems

Hey Bruno,
yeah, i know exactly what youre talking about. Its called depersonalization/derealization. Basically its when you feel like your life is a game, TV show or a dream etc. Its completely harmless, but it is a distressing feeling.
I experience it all the time and all i can tell you is that if you occupy yourself with things to do then it will go away, but there is no set cause or cure for it.
Don't worry about it too much, it'll just get you worked up. I'm sorry i wasn't much help, but you're not alone with this feeling. Try to just focus on you having fun and enjoy your trip!
The clinical term is DEPERSONALIZATION. It's the mind basically disassociating due to stress so it kind of "turns away" to protect you. It's a protective mechanism that occurs in some with high stress. I've had it twenty four seven for almost a year but am FINALLY accepting it as what it is; not dangerous. And that's how you get rid of it by paying it no mind.
Bruno, have you talked about these feelings to your parents? If not, do this ASAP. Is everything alright at school? Is your family going well? If you feel you need help, talk to your parents to take you to the doctor. A psychologist would help you a lot! Keep your mind clean, spend time with your friends, do some exercise. Life is beautiful!
I feel for you talk it out with someone you trust b4u go on ur trip u might feel better then, don't keep it to urself maybe ur anxious hope this helps goodluck🍀
