Some of my symptoms seem to have passed I think I am sleeping better there is just one thing now that's making me panic and it's if I cant feel my heart beating I panic I know it sounds stupid as I wouldn't be talking if it wasn't but I still panic does anyone else get this feeling

I understand where your coming from.
But alot of us can't really feel it unless we panic then we notice our chest pumping more. I've asked my boyfriend can you feel my heart beat. Half the time it's a no.
The more you do this more you will find its a issue and you anxiety might spiral again.
