aniexty stress and everything else

Well my stomach is better not much tightness now...I had a breast reducation almost 2 years ago but today my right one is sore to touch when i press on it...i looked it up and it can be caused from stress and i have alot of that right now and of course now im worrying about that...I worry about every little thing and it drives me nuts..also drives my husband nuts...lol...i have a doc app tomorrow which i have been thinking about for a week why i dont know i have that white coat symdrome i think and i always get panicky and lighty headed when i go....its that fear of what if ...took an oxzeypam at 12 so hopefully it will kick in soon that usually does the trick for me
