Just took my blood pressure its 154/94 never had high blood pressure but I think with worrying about the tightness in my chest and other issues plus when my brother in law took it I calm I was worried what it was going to be so that didn't help big I think all this worrying doesn't help

Worrying never helps but its so easier said than done tje constant pain and suffering anxiety does makes us really worry but there are ways to try and take your mind off it find things to occupy your time with that you enjoy doin laugh have fun go out live yoir life to the fullest I hope one day we will all overcome this anxiety journey.

Has your blood pressure been high as well...this is the first time...but like we both said worrying doesnt help...do you feel that tightness and little pains here and there...i dont have a rapid heart beat or anything ...not to worried about my blood pressure because like i said when my brother in law took it i didnt have a chance to relax my mother in law was in the kitchen my brother in law was doing it for me and the tv was on so it wasnt a calm place...where are you from...also ive had a sore spot under my left rib...but I just started on bran buds again so im wondering if thats gas..lol

It was high once when my anxiety was really bad i almost fainted im from the bahamas yes I do get that occasional tightness but they say if u dont control your breathing that can cause it as well I feel shooting pains in my body its scary

I dont have breathing issues or heart palpitations thank goodness...just the tightness which i have never had before

oh ya and sometimes i feel like i am rushed and i get lightheaded and hate standing in the grocery store in a line up i just want out of there...i dont like being around alot of people or carrying on a conversation face to face

I worry about every little thing but since my daughter has gone off to college and now she has her own car and im worried about her and just financial right now and christmas coming up it just seems to come on with the chest tightness all of sudden...It doesnt hurt just annoying....I should have never went to my mother in laws and did this now im worried about that ...my husband is so good with me he really helps ......

Well first off u have a good support team and u just worry alott take a breather step back everythinf is going to be ok your so lucky to not have palpation they scare me the most.

High blood pressure comes with worrying but that's still ok only slightly high. If you were calm and relaxed you'd find it would be back to normal in no time

I went to the doctors today and he says that it probably was aniexty my blood pressure was 150/90 hecdudbtvseem concerned and my sore tightened chess could be from aniexty or frim shovellin snow and I have inflammation
