Is this a heart attack

I just woke up its 6 am .. My heart felt like it's coming out my chest I'm getting pain in my back and my front left side boob stabbing .. Also I have really really bad heartburn all of these signs are of a heart attack am I actually having one I'm 19 I duno what to do I keep getting cold and hot flushes I'm scared

I'M glad ur woke, I'M feeling the same way right now! I can't sleep my chest hurts my neck feel like it's swelling up my back hurts! I was just about 2 post until I saw ur post! If were having a heart attack we wouldn't b on here we'll b on the floor dieing! Just breath through it with me n know it's just anxiety!

I'm in so much pain .. Everytime I burp it's like really really bad burning never felt like this

Yeah but I googled I know I shouldn't have but I'm actually having all the signs of it.. Its mostly the pain In my chest and this heartburn

I go through this a lot.... And every time I still think it's my heart but I'm still here. I try hard to relax and ignore it but not easy xx
