I know it's been hours since you posted this
I hope you are doing better now.
I get like this sometimes, it's just your nerves. Do you suffer from social anxiety or was this a first?
For next time breath in and out slowly until you calm down or if you can and if the passing out feeling becomes too much lie down on your back and put your feet up so youll be in a L position you can go up against a wall to rest your feet and breathin and out thinking of what a good time you'll be having.

Try controlling your breathing do meditation there are plenty of YouTube videos for that. So don't be putting excuses.
There are apps.
Or just listening to some calming music is just as helpful.
When you are about to go out try not to think of the what ifs push those aside and focus on what's going on around you the positives.

Breathe in vigorously through your nose with your fists clenched, and then exhale and open your fists at the same time. It helps a bit.
