Hello so I’m at the emergency room because of air hunger it’s driving me now I keep think I can’t breathe like my oxygen level is 100 my heart ready 70 like wtf my mind really got me thinking this bullcrap got me thinking I can’t breatge

I have chronic air hunger due to dysautonomia and mast cell activation disorder. It’s the worst and scariest sensation. Have you been tested for either? Aberrant mast cells can trigger nerves to send the wrong signals to the brain.
