This is day 6 or 7. I messaged my doctor to see if I should get checked out. Hasn't responded yet.

I'm getting so worried.. what if I have MS?

Or maybe it's a nerve, but it is in my face and my body.

I promise i am not anxious when this happens 😭😭😭😢😢

I’m the same when my foot starts vibrating and i think the worst such as blood clot in my leg or MS or worse ALS and try and not think about it but I can’t help it.

I know. I try to ignore it and think maybe it's another anxiety symptom.. but I can't.

I am just so scared, why can't we all just feel normal and go on with our lives

She messaged me back (i feel like I'm so annoying to her)

She said I'm not sure what could cause that and asked if I've been taking new supplement, drinking caffeine or have chills. I have or am doing none of the above 😣

Hi Elizabeth , I have been suffering Anxiety ,Panic attacks since 1999, and i never knew what hit me, Wham just out of the Blue it all came crashing down around me, my Mind never stops worrying about something, and yes i have worries about my physical health too, mine was in particular Heart Attacks as i used to get terrible chest pain and heart was racing (as it does with Anxiety) so after 2 years of dreading this feeling i decided, to just sit and let it be, i allowed it a time limit to either get worse or ignore it, it Never got worse, i allowed it 10 minutes to get worse (if it were heart attack then it would get worse) once i started just allowing it a time then ignoring it, the feeling would leave me sooner, so once you have had what is happening checked out by doctor Trust the outcome and then not worry about it. You do not say if you take any medications for anxiety, and if you have completely cut out Caffeine and how long, as cutting out Caffeine can cause problems in itself esp if you were a big consumer of Caffeine, but they usually last 2 weeks roughly. I guarantee everyone who uses this site has a constant recurring physical symptom , and once checked out, or even as in my case never sought medical help, you can lock that door on the problem. MS does not start in Face , and you should only worry about MS if it is in the family, if your concerned it is a Stroke after all this waiting you would have known by now as you would be seriously ill or worse by now. I hope you can resolve what it is with Doctor via a examination to ease your mind . xxx

Thank you so much. I am only taking klonopin for anxiety.... usually .25 to .5mg a day.

I do drink coffee, but not a lot. Maybe 2 cups max a day... nothing else with caffeine. I don't think anyone has ms in my family.

I'm thinking maybe I should take a Epsom salt bath and a muscle relaxer. It could be pinched nerve or tension

That's it try a bit of TLC first, surprising what a nice relaxing bath can do. I am a massive Tea drinker and 7 years ago i gave up all caffeine , had terrible blinding headaches for 2 weeks but the benefits of cutting our caffeine has really helped i do not have anything at all now with caffeine in it, i still have my comforting cups of Tea , decaff and over Christmas when family gathers i have caffeine free Pepsi or Coke . It is so easy to pull a muscle esp during cold weather, doing the simplest of things even reaching for the remote. Give your body benefit of doubt and assume it is a trapped nerve or pulled muscle, but if it does persist get it check out with doctor. Good Luck xxx
