Hi wondering any ones else had this had head cold week so now give blocked ears .. but getting today cracking in ear hear self eat talk swallow ... also got cracking neck head lol xx just suffer anixery wondering amy one had when they had cold to thanks numb xxxx

It's quite normal for your ears to feel blocked and crack when you yawn or eat after a cold.

I get it a lot.

Yep - thats catarrh! Ear popping and muzzy, blocked head.
