I'm not sure what I'm feeling. I am so dizzy. I tried to stay calm. Wondering if this is is sinus problems or vertigo. I just feel so crazy and I can't seem to calm down. I know it's all in my head making whatever I'm feeling 10x's horrible feeling.

Hello Gloria,

Hope you are ok, and maybe have so ways to help Tanae. We are still safe. But internet keeps going down, but wanted to respond to her and, now, you. Not certain what we will find when the ship is able to reach Florida again. Take care.

Tanae,

If you have experienced a sinus infection in the past and it affected your ears, I think you would know if that's an issue now. Anxiety can really find ways to mess with us. You would know best how to deal with your dizziness. Try to just calm yourself and remember this will pass, and definitely do not do out dancing tonight. Don't want you falling. (That was to make you smile a little)

I am on a ship behind a cat. 5 hurricane, with a cat. 3 hurricane behind the ship. Not a comfortable sandwich. But like you, we will be ok.

We are diverting west to Mexico for safe harbor until we know where the hurricane in front will hit the US. We are trying to control anxiety too. You were kind enough to comfort me when my service dog Scooter died. So wanted to let you know I hadn't forgotten that, and sorry tonight is difficult for you. May tomorrow be a much better day for you. If a had a magic wand I would definitely use it for you.

I hope you make it back safely! I will pray for you

Thank You very much! I pray You are safe and sound. Someone from my hometown was trapped on an island during the storm. She's supposed to be celebrating her bday with friends but the pictures of the after math were devastating but just like they made it through the storm, I know you will too!

Anxiety can make you dizzy, even if you're not anxious or doing anything at the time it can still have effects on your body. I've been there and know the feeling. My allergies are getting really bad this year so your sinuses could definitelt be the problem. Do you love in the US? If so the smoke in the air from the wildfires might make your sinuses worse too. I live in Minnesota which is no where near the wildfires but it still smells super smokey.

I feel you .

Hi hun ! Sorry to hear that you feel this way . If it makes you feel any better youre not alone and what you feel is very much real. I've felt this way almost everyday . It's very uncomfortable and very scary. Have you seen a PCP yet?

Yes, I had a follow yesterday and of course I wasn't dizzy then but I have scab in my nose they may indicate sinus problems so I was referred to an ENT specialist

Okay yeah the best thing to do now is weed out all physical illness possibilities. You're doing the right thing. I know it's stressful but you're in charge of your own health so don't stop until you feel well. Best of luck to you 😀

Have you ever researched derealization/depersonalization see if any of these symptoms sound familiar . It's a form of anxiety .

Wonderful!!.... I glad thAt it doesn't happen to you every day. you'll get there. It happens to me less and less everyday . Don't be too hard on yourself and no matter how hard the day gets don't give up on recovery !!
