Anxity joint and body pain

I have had anxity on and off for the last few years now it just comes and goes but the last few mths been at its worst I really don't understand it and never thought it would happen to me I have always been so happy and bubby with my darling family husband and four children. The last few mths I have had bad joint and body pain it's starting to drive me crazy thinking it's something worse I can't Even sit and watch tv without tensing and feeling nervous been to the dr and she checked a heaps of bloods and said no further action and put me on lexapro for me worries and anxity. I have been on it for 5 days now still having good and bad days. anyone dealing with this or on this meds need thanks all just need to know I am not alone x

I started like you..look up fibromyalgia. I suffered with stress for few yrs and this is how FIBRO started with me. Try address it now as I didn't and now I don't think my body will ever recover x

I did maybe think this but the dr didn't say anything she said she thinks it's a mental thing thanks for your info x

Yeah that's what doctors always say.. Took me 3 yrs of back and forth. If you look on fibro community web page you'll find 9 out of 10 will say this. It's not always'in your head' . Eventually I kept a diary and it was the gynacologist who picked it up ..take care
