I am new here but from what I understand, Anxiety symptoms can persist even after feeling better. Afterall, it most likely took time for it manifest. I know mine took years, many years to manifest physically. I know what triggered mine. Unfortunately for me I have to constantly be aware and make decisions to cope. Count the small things that make me feel better as a win and keep them in rememberance for low times. Sort of hold on to them as a reminder that it can, and will get better. Anxiety has different affects on people. We are all different, but I have also sufffered from your symptoms as well. I still do on bad days. Some all at the same time and some individually.

I wish you well and understand that being young; you have a lot things happening to you as you tranform from child to adult.
