Does anyone get all of these pains randomly with anxiety you can be fine and boom out of nowhere they come?

Yes mines my back and stomach at the minute I’ve got some sharp pain with it as well.. the physical symptoms are unreal

Yes I have my jaw and neck my dr said it’s because I’m so tensed up with anxiety clenching my jaw this is why I get pain in my jaw and neck.. then everything else comes along with it pain wise

Like me I have it in my jaw and neck then down my arm

It will more than likely be because your so tensed up it aches which causes pain all over different areas I’ve been getting the same too because my anxiety is very high at the minute

That’s anxiety for you just comes and goes and creates havoc when it’s here if your unsure then go get yourself checked out even if it’s to put your mind at rest

You may possibly be tightening up your muscles so hard that you experience all of those things. I know I do.

It's surprising to find just how much we tense our muscles and have no clue we are doing it. I found out at a doctor appointment. The doc said you can lower your shoulders from your neck now!! Try this" While just sitting watching TV or whatever, relax your shoulders and see how much they lower themselves. Check in the mirror and you will be shocked!
