I feel very very scared! I feel unusual nd wierd in my body, been having nausea and diahorea frm i woke. Confuse and scared. Feels like a pit is in my stomach,cant even eat. Feels like imma die!

you need to make an appointment with your gp hun and get checked over

Ive done test over and over. They said everything is anxiety

It's nothing, if you feel nauseas in the morning that means your body is telling you to eat. If you can't eat then try chewing slowly and take your time. Diarrhea is nothing to be worry about. If you have stomach problems then take Pepto bismol. Good Luck!
