I'm having panic attacks every day at the moment. Mostly a rapid heart beat witch comes on suddenly. I've seen a cardiologist who has captured them and said its sinus. I then took a propranolol witch I had a bad reaction to! So I was wondering dis anyone else seem to have them on a daily bases because I can't cope

Panic attacks every day
I haven't taken propranolol, so I cannot comment on that Mcminn.
But I just wanted to say hello and say that some people read but don't want, or feel able to reply, I think that someone will be along soon who has taken it and can talk to you about it.
it is very quiet on here at the moment.
regards,
hamble.
Hi mc and welcome.....yes I think you'll find most of us have the same issues.....rapid heart beat is caused by sinus issues? Really? Wow not heard that before but if it's right I bet most people on here will have a little better sleep tonight. Anxiety is there daily, it's needed in our life but this kind, this fighting an invisable enemy is the worst one as we have no way of calming down from it you can get through this you can and you will just like the rest of us
I used to. Mine happened in a rush of thinking id be sick so it would be about 30 seconds of raw terror. They went away after I understood that they wouldn't makemy fears come true and nothing bad ever happened . They go away when they lose their influence.
