I'm so scared

So my fear of blood clots is back.

I just went to the ER thinking I have one in my leg. And they sent me home almost right away. Now I'm here shaking, crying, heart racing, feeling all kinds of pains and fear. I just don't know what to do I don't have any more ativan to take and I'm trying breathing but nothing is working I'm so scared:,( I hate these panic attacks I hate this anxiety

hey,your not alone.nobody dies from anxiety and panic attacks.keep it in your mind.try to talk to somebody,or to a member of ur family.stay strong,we can all get through all this.pray and breath slowly.hope you all the best.
